- Mientras se termina de hacer la salsa, salpimentamos nuestras pechugas de pollo y en una sartén con un chorrito de aceite las cocinamos, no hace falta que estén totalmente hechas, 2 minutos por cada lado a fuego medio-alto. Cuando estén las retiramos de la sartén y las ponemos en un plato cubierto con papel de cocina para que suelten el exceso de aceite.



- Incorporamos los filetes a la salsa y cocinamos a fuego medio-bajo unos 10 minutos. Si veis que la salsa espesa mucho o que se os va a pegar, agregad un poquito de leche.
