- 400 gr patatas
- 200 gr champiñones
- 2 lonchas bacon
- 2 lonchas jamón serrano
- 2 cucharaditas ketchup
- 4 huevos

- Vamos a pelar las patatas y a cortarlas en rodajas, picar los champiñones, el bacon y el jamón.

- En una sartén amplia echamos un buen chorrito de aceite, unos tres dedos y cuando esté caliente incorporamos las patatas y las freímos, aproximadamente unos 10 minutos, hasta que veáis que cogen colorcito. Mientras en un bol vamos a batir los huevos junto con un poquito de sal y pimienta negra. Cuando tengamos las patatas las echamos al bol intentando no echar el aceite.



- Retiramos parte del aceite (podéis pasarlo a una aceitera y usarlo para otra fritura) y ponemos de nuevo al fuego, cuando esté caliente, echamos los champiñones y salteamos a fuego medio 5 minutos, agregamos el bacon y el jamón y cocinamos 5 minutos más. Echamos el contenido de la sartén al bol, intentando que no caiga mucho aceite en la mezcla del bol.



- Mezclamos todo bien e incorporamos el ketchup. Volvemos a mezclar y dejamos reposar unos minutos. Mientras reposa encendemos el horno con calor arriba y abajo a 180 grados y engrasamos con un poquito de aceite el molde que vayamos a usar.


- Echamos el contenido del bol en el molde y horneamos durante 25 minutos o hasta que al pinchar con un palillo este salga limpio, será cuando la tortilla esté cuajada. Sacamos del horno y dejamos que se enfríe antes de desmoldar.
